Our Link Exchange Preferences - We prefer to exchange mature real estate related sites. We use an automated link checker system from Reciprocal Manager on some sites. This allows us to maintain the value of our link to you. If you pile links of unrelated material on a page and call it links.htm, we don't want to trade! One day links will be worth a lot less for PageRank, so we would like to be included in quality directories that will be useful for the visitor and be a long term investment. Criteria

1. Link must be at same site as your submission.
2. Other links on the page must be related real estate. Pages with random unrelated links will not be accepted.
3. The link can not be on a page called links.html or link.html (or htm, asp,cfm, php).
4. Link must be indexable by search engines. No javascript links or cgi ? jump links, etc.
5. The page our link is on can not have more than 50 organized, outgoing links. No framed pages.
6. The link page must have a PR in Google.
